I’ve had a few requests for a green tea smoothie. I personally love matcha, which is a finely milled green tea. It contains caffeine and lots of antioxidants. I love to swap this out for my coffee in the morning or a refreshing afternoon snack.
– 1 tsp matcha green tea
– ½ lemon, juiced
– 1 cup frozen spinach
– ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
– 2 stalks of kale, without stems
– 1 tsp coconut oil
– ¼ cup coconut flakes
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1-1.5 cup water, depending how thick you want your smoothie
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend!
