Vegetables scraps and stumps
Thyme and garlic from my Roast Chicken and Vegetables recipe or fresh
Place all ingredients into the crock pot. Fill with water to the top. Set crock pot to low and let cook for at least 8 hours. Let stock cool and then transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze until you are ready to use it.
TIP: Use this chicken stock to make my Vegetable Soup!
